Simply complete the Membership PDF Application. Bring the application to your nearest ElecTel Cooperative FCU location, or mail it to us at ElecTel Cooperative Federal Credit Union, PO Box 27306, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27611 along with a copy of each signer's drivers license or other valid identification, and your initial deposit. Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
